Every job is proofed before production, first orders and reorders alike. You receive a proof by email, approve it or send changes, and nothing prints without your approval.
MULTI-PROPERTY
One property or a whole group, made simple.
Order for a single property or roll a piece out across a group. We ship to multiple locations, the written quote shows delivery or shipping for each destination, and tracking goes out when an order ships.
Reordering is the easy part: a previous project number or invoice number pulls up the job. Hyatt properties can also order through their Designed for Hyatt order center.
DEADLINES
Deadlines are deadlines.
Openings, brand inspections and events do not move, so we treat your in-hand date as a hard deadline. Need it fast? Send the complete details and your exact deadline — we mark it urgent and confirm personally whether the date can be made.
If we cannot make a date, we tell you up front rather than be late.

It depends on the product and quantity, and production starts after you approve your proof. Give us your in-hand date and we will confirm in writing whether it can be made.
Can you ship to multiple hotel locations?
Yes. Delivery and shipping are available nationwide. The written quote includes the delivery or shipping cost for each destination, and you receive tracking when an order ships.
How do reorders work?
